To copy your products from an old gallery to a new gallery, try our StoreConverter tool. Please note that this tool is in Beta and let us know if you encounter any issues!

To copy your products from your old gallery to a new gallery:

1. In the Editor, open a new gallery and place it near your old gallery.

2. From the toolbar on the left, go to Add, then go to eCommerce, click Online Store.

3. In the Online Store window, click More. Under More, click StoreConverter to add it to your Editor.

4. Click on the old gallery.

5. Click on the new gallery.

The products in your old gallery are copied into your new gallery.

Note:

- Delete the StoreConverter when you are finished.

- You may have to go into the Manage Products window of your new gallery at least once before you can see your images on the product pages of your site. Simply click Manage Products and then click OK.

@trollmilk, I am checking your site and I see you are already using a new gallery. This converter is for switching out our old outdated product galleries to the new ones we recently released. The converter will not be able to transfer your galleries. If you want to use a different gallery style, you will need to delete your old gallery completely from your page > add a new one in > then re-upload all of your images to it. 

After converting to the new gallery, the pictures are loading very slow or won’t even show. This is both in the editor and browser. The latest uploaded pictures (using the new gallery) are the ones with the longest loading time.

I have tried to follow the steps you recommend when pictures won’t load, but without any success.

Can you please help?    

try taking a print screen of your website without the gallery and the menu (just the background along with all the flowers) and upload this picture and set it up as your background picture.

Please notice - more components on a single page hence slow loading times.
