Hi all, i own a shoe shop (physical, not online) and i want to offer my customers the option to order the shoes online and then pick it up on the store. Can it be done? if yes, how?

Simply add the Wix eCommerce shopping cart ("Add" > "eCommerce" > "Online Store") to your site and when you're ready to sell, upgrade to the Wix eCommerce package.

I upgraded to Premium level already. I was under the impression that this would allow me to add eCommerce widgets to my site in order to sell my prints, as the widget is marked with the Premium purple banner. However, when adding it to my site it still tells me that I have to upgrade. Do I have to pay even more in order to sell from my site?

In order to use the eCommerce widget you will need to upgrade to the eCommerce package.

eCommerce Package ($15.90 first 6 month - $19.90 thereafter)or for the yearly package $194:
This package includes connecting your domain, removing the Wix ads from your site and using the eCommerce feature. You can store up to 2.5 GB with 5GB bandwidth.

In order to upgrade your document , please go to "My Account" -> scroll over the document you want to upgrade -> click on "upgrade".

I want to upgrade to eCommerce, But I want to pay for it annualy like I do with the domain, can this be done?

Yes you can pay yearly for the eCommerce plan.

With this new upgrade, was there and inventory setup that was created with it? I have purchased the e-commerce package months ago when I first created my account. I dont want to downgrade because of it not having all the features I need.  P.S  Loving the ease of use with this new e-commerce interface and im hoping the reply to my question is "yes" so I can dump the service that I have now. If not I will have to let this e-commerce go because I dont need to be paying double for two services.

Wix currently doesn't support an inventory feature, we are however working on it. The website you create in Wix will not update automatically and you will need to change the website manually as well once you are out of stock.

my Wix site is already created and my client is using Quick Commerce (authorize.net) for ticket payments for a theater. any recommendations?

The only options would be for you to use our eCommerce shopping cart with Paypal as the gateway, or for you to get an html code for a shopping cart with your preferred provider, and insert it into our Blank html widget.

I'm creating my online store, but I can't figure out how to keep my product matrix on one page and not all of them. Any ideas?

Your site is based on our page feature. Pages are transparent and will show objects in the background.  To place an object (text, a picture or any component really) successfully in a page you must place the object entirely in the page, drag the page away and then place the object wholly unto the page. This way the object will be perceived by our program as belonging to the page and will not appear in the background, showing through each and every page.

it is possible to sell mp3?so when someone is paying then to download it?or should i connect it to my itunes store?

When you setup  your PayPal account, it lets you know all the information that you will receive from customers who purchase items from your online store as soon as they submit the purchase.

For selling mp3 files online, you can use our Getonic widget, learn all about it here.

i want to set up an online store. can you tell me if i can use this Wix as my option for my webstore, instead of just the facebook page? what is the cost associated with having the online store hosted by you? anyother info you can give to me will be helpful.

You do not have to have a Facebook online store, you can have it on a regular internet site, to see how to do this please look at the very top of these page.

Just looking for a little more info on the e-Commerce package.
