Your free domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase an eligible package. Please note that your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers tab after 24 hours.

My voucher isn't working.  The website is telling my my offer code isn't valid for what's in my cart, even though all I entered was a 1 year domain name ending in .com. 

I checked your Network Solutions Voucher and it is valid.

@ajsmalaysia, I am checking your account now and I see you have successfully attached your domain 'http://www.ajsevents.com/' to your Wix document. Everything is connected and working properly. How did you go about getting this domain?

@in6547, A Premium upgrade is only valid for one site. If you wish to have two websites with different domain names you will need to upgrade two different documents. Each package has its own bandwidth settings. You can find information about our packages here

Any domain can be added as long as you can change your DNS records. You can read more about how to connect your domain here .

The domain name that you've mentioned "mylegalserviehelp.com" is not registered on WIx.

Moreover, it seems that the domain name "mylegalserviehelp.com" doesn't even exists.

what is the Wix account that holds this domain name?

I purchased the upgrade and redeemed my free domain voucher, but Network Solutions says it hasn't been purchased and is still available.  Do I need to try and register my free domain again?

@spokesgoddes8, I am checking your account and I see both of your domain names have been purchased. Domains 'courtneyontheradio.com' is not available, you have already purchased it and connected it to your Wix site.

Your second domain 'courtneyyoung.com' has been purchased as well. I cannot see who is the owner of this domain since the information has been made private on Whois.com. Are these the domains you're inquiring about?

I just upgraded to a Combo account and attempted to redeem my domain voucher under My Account > Manage Premium > Vouchers tab. However when I click this, I see only a message saying "WIX IS GIVING AWAY" and a button labeled "GIFT ME". When I click this it just takes me to the upgrade page, no voucher in sight.

Is there some reason why I don't have a voucher? Or should I just wait longer? Thanks,

With my Premium upgrade, I am supposed to get a free domain.  Every time I try to choose this from the reccommended provider, I am being ask to pay.
