Please go to "My Account" -> click on the "Settings" icon (next to the "Manage Premium" button) -> change your e-mail.
You can also change your user name and password there.

It's not possible to use an email or username that was previously used (even if the account has been deleted)

I have a wix account with 3 websites associated to it. The account is using a personal email and has my personal portfolio, a private liquor store website which is premium and a private financial management website which I want to make premium. I know how to change my email address for my account. The problem is the account has access to all 3 sites. How can I separate the 2 private sites with different emails so that the business owners can begin to manage them without having access to my personal portfolio and eachothers websites? In other words I need to have separate wix accounts for the two private websites which I will assign different email addresses to all while keeping my current account.

@kevinbelair, the only way to separate your documents is by putting each in a different account. Each new account you create, you will need to transfer the site in to. Learn more about how to transfer a site here.

*Remember you will need a separate email for each account you create.

@kimcookephotography, I am sending you a private message to the email registered to your Wix account. I have sent you a password reset link so you can resolve this log in issue. Please let me know when you receive it.

    Hi,

Note that you accidentally added a www to your email and your log in email is: www.twobigdawgs@gmail.com

Please log in to your account using this misspelled email and change your email to the correct one according to the instructions in the "Best Reply".

Important to note that there could not be two accounts with the same email so before you change your email in your correct account, please delete your empty account (the one that you posted here from, for which the email is currently: twobigdawgs@gmail.com).

To delete an account please insert its details here

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need any further assistance!

I changed the email address on our company's premium account from jcontrada@necomsolutions.com to cmm@necomsolutions.com and now when logging into the new email, our site is not there.

Is there some way to track down which account our website is attached to?

I don't have a record of the wix URL, only our standard URL of http://necomsolutions.com

The account assigned tocmm@necomsolutions.com is empty and the correct email address assigned to your site is hjb@necomsolutions.com. I suggest that you erase the empty one, enter the correct one and change your email address to the one you desire.

    Hi,

minnehahalakews asked the question I was interested in knowing myself. Unfortunatly, he requested his answer to be emailed. I am going to start my second website and I wanted them to be seperate so the owner wont be able to see my other personal website and the other question is if in the future he wants to manage the website on his own and I dont longer want to work with him for whatever the case maybe, can he move the website to his own wix account, removing it from mine wix account to his?

    Thank you!

I try to open an email account with Network Solutions but keeps telling me this: "We are Sorry. Mailbox can not be configured to this domain because there is no DNS Hosting for this domain in your account." My web page is www.3cas.com and I tried to open an email address contact@3cas.com

You can easily transfer a Wix site from one account to another through the Wix Arena!

This feature may be very useful for Wix Pro designers or for any Wix user who would like to move his or her website to a different Wix account.

Please log in to Wix.com and then click on this link.

For more information about Transferring Sites, please click here.

Please note that you can only transfer the site. It isn't possible to transfer a premium package from one account to another.

P.S. If you want to use your own domain e.g. www.myname.com, please check out our premium upgrade options here.

I am not sure I understand network solutions answer, your domain is connected correctly to Wix DNS.
