    You can find all the information here . Manage premium is found under the “my account" tab. Once in manage premium you can view and print invoices, change credit card details, switch premium documents, as well as cancel premium packages.

    Hi

    I had my website lauraporutyte.com with Wix team over a year. In my  Manage Premium Section it says that my Invoice is closed. My website is not on line anymore for some reason. Please, I need to make it work again. Are there any problems with Wix site itself. At first, I thought, that it is temporally, but looks like there is other problem, which i do not know what it is?

    According to our records your premium status is active.

    The problem must be with your domain. It may have expired.

    I was having problems trying to create my website and became so discouraged after having made several mistakes, I canceled the account around the first week of Nov. I contacted WIX last week around Nov 15, and was told my account expires today, Friday, Nov 25. I phoned WIX today and your offices are closed until Monday. I wish to keep the account active. Please email me to confirm. Thank you. Happy Thanksgiving! (p.s.) I have been watching many of the WIX tutorials and feel more confident that I can complete my website. My problem is me, not WIX. I am more confident now. Thank you)

    Hi I had my website dolagreen.com on premium upgrade on a monthly basis but I have tried going into my account to edit it and it is no longer there and It keeps telling me i don't have premium upgrade.

    I since then started working on a new template which i can see and plan to change the current hosted site to this new one but the old one is not accessible even edit.

    Please how do i go about this?

    I upgraded my account but wix.com will not connect my domain to my upgraded account: loveisthewayevents.com. I have changed the nameservers with my registrar already. What is the issue?

    I've checked your account and noticed that you have upgraded your Facebook page to premium. It is a Facebook page and can only be embedded in your Facebook. If you wish to connect your domain to a wix document (a regular flash site, not mobile or Facebook) you will need to upgrade the document to one of our premium packages which can be found here.

     I had trouble since I upgraded getting a domain, just gives error notice, so tried to get one I had attached and it did but they haven't pointed yet, so just want to try to get one through wix, like I was suppose to be able to do, but, a few days of errors messages is frustrating. and I ned a domain quickly:(

    Under domains it doesn't list my premium sites so I'm unable to add google analytics: i followed the procedure on the video and also the written, and every time I click on domains the page shows a box for adding domains but doesn't show my current list of domains.

    I can see that your sites are connected by method of embedding, Wix supports embedding documents only to social networks (Facebook for example).

    Please note that Wix doesn't support the option of exporting files created using Wix to another external destination/Host.

    Please connect your domains from the same page you can not find your domains in and stop the embedding.

    With one premium account you can connect domains to one site, it is not the number of domains which restricts you but the number of sites, just one per premium upgrade.
