Last night i paid for the combo upgrade, i have no vouchers to use which it says i would get them. I have nothing and have paid for them. What do i do?

Vouchers are available for the Combo, Unlimited, and eCommerce packages (with yearly agreement).  I see here that you are signed up with our "Connect Domain" package (which does not include vouchers)

In order to upgrade your document , please go to "My Account" -> roll over the document you want to upgrade -> click on "upgrade".

Sounds like  their are a few unhappy campers here who have purchased yearly premium agreements with Wix like my self and are not getting the free google and facebook advertising as promised. I will not renew the following year that be the case.

According to our records, you have purchased a Connect Domain premium package on a monthly agreement.
In order to be eligible for our Google AdWords / free domain promotional coupons, a user needs to purchase a Combo/Unlimited/eCommerce package on a yearly agreement.
You can find more information here.

You can upgrade your current premium package to a yearly one via the following page.

You can find the vouchers in "My Account" -> "Manage Premium" -> "Vouchers".

I clicked through the special offer - when and how do I receive the free vouchers and the like?

My domain voucher is invalid from network solutions? How can I fix this, and get my domain name?

Just log into Wix.com > My Account > Manage Premium > Vouchers Tab

And you will see all of your vouchers there, and instructions on how to claim them.

The Summer Sale was an automatic discount, and you paid 50% (74.50) off the original price on June 28, 2011.

You can access and print your invoices anytime via Manage premium!
1. Click View Invoices
2. Check invoices you wish to view (or print)
3. Click OK
Note: Invoices will open in a new browser tab/window

I can see that your voucher was succesfully used to claim your domain name www.alexsnodgrass.com today, July 5, 2011.  You only get 1 domain voucher per Yearly premium account.

I signed up in June to get a Premium upgrade for $75 in Google AdWords and $50 in Facebook ads. I see the voucher for the AdWords (which I just redeemed (: ) but I don't think I redeemed my Facebook voucher and do not see it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Why is it missing my account?

I have two premium accounts and only got one voucher for facebook advertising.  How do i get the second one???

i would like to know if i am eligable for the free wix domain name when going for the yearly combo package does that mean i do not have to get "outside" hosting....wix hosts for me?

Since the Wix domains product is still in development, some of the vouchers are for a wix domain and some are for Network Solutions. 

Regardless of the voucher you'll get, we're here to help you with every step of the way.

Can I use the free domain registration to renew my domain with Networksolutions?

@shauna, nope. The free domain voucher is only for NEW domain register. Spoken to 3 WIX team.

Apparently the WIX team is having some confusion with the free domain voucher.
