An A (address) record is a DNS record that can be used to point your domain name and host names to a static IP address.

Hi,
If you are connected via Nameservers - Please ask your email hosting company what records need to be added and update them in the Domain Manager within your Wix account. In the Domain Manager, you can add MX records, A records, CNAME records and TXT records. For more info about how to update these records, follow this link: http://support.wix.com/index.php/Domain_Management/Managing_Your_Domain_Records

Hi, recently I transfer my domain from powweb to wix, so now my email is not working properly. I tried pointing and uptading the mx records but all that has been useless. First Powweb told this: point the mx record to mx.ipage.com, which I did two days ago and nothing happend and now they are telling me this: contact your external name server provider and update the MX record IP's to 65.254.____ , 65.254.____ and 65.254.____ . I believe that everything is in order because I already did what they told me to (like 4 hours ago). Is there a way that a wix team member can help me by checking my settings and let me know if there´s something wrong this?. HELP please!.
