How to connect your Email Service with Wix?

Wix does not offer Email services and doesn't host Email accounts.
You can use any Email host you like. For general information please click here.

Note: Google Apps have their own affiliated costs, and connecting these services to your domain is not a free service. Check out the Google Apps Standard Edition for more information on how to get up to 10 free emails for your organization.
If you are having problems with your current Email, please ask your Email host for the MX records. You can find step by step instructions here .

Hi i opened a Network Solutions email account and everything seems to be working. Except when I past the url it automatically takes me to a Wix.com page called Trying to Connect your domain to your Wix site. I followed the instructions including clearing the cache and everytime i try to get to my NS email it takes me to this Wix.com page. Any Suggestions?

1. Please give us a link to your site
2. What's not working? What URL are you using?
3. Did you follow the instructions to set up the MX records? If you're trying to access your email through, for example, mail.yourdomain.com, then did you set up a CNAME for this? If not, please contact Network Solutions and ask them for the MX records and the CNAME record that you will need for your account.

I checked your account and did not notice any domains or premium packages. Please provide the domain for the email address that does not work.

Google just says "Upload the file to...". But where in the site? -

@streetsandstages, Since your domain is connected via Name servers, you will have to add a new TXT Record to your Wix.Please follow the steps provided here . -

Give this information to Wix and ask them to add it to their
nameservers. They should tell you how long it will take to update, then
your email should be working.
mail.advancedgraniteandmarble.com. IN A 210.48.108.100
advancedgraniteandmarble.com. IN MX 10 mta.hosts.net.nz.

Your domain is visible under the My account tab in manage premium
i hope it helps
if it doesn't please clarify your question a little more, maybe send us a screen shot or describing the steps you've taken (and in which step are you getting stuck)

in manage premium and in the domain tab where it says To edit a domain click on its name there is nothing to click or edit, its only showing up under packages,

HI Guys - i'm really struggling to get my email working. I have had this sent from my provider - but unsure where to put it...
Please do the following changes in the DNS zone of your domain (or ask wix.com) to do it foe you:
mail.mcshaneproductions.com point to 184.154.61.146 via A record
mcshaneproductions.com MX point to mail.mcshaneproductions.com (priorite should be 0)
Delete all other MX records.Ive added a new A record withe the details above, but when change the mx to mail.mcshaneproductions.com, there isnt a Priority 0, only a 10, 20 30 etc.... and if i choose 10, and try and save it says error occurred.
My email still works on webmail and also through my Iphone but not through my Outlook.
Any Suggestions welcome!!
