@samantha3rdeye, I am checking your domain now and it is working perfectly! Your domain is pointing to the Wix servers and displaying your website.

If you still cannot see your site, please clear your browser's cache.

    Mike,

In order to connect your domain to your Wix site you need to do two things:

    1. Upgrade your website to a package that allows you to connect your domain (Connect my domain, combo, unlimited or eCommerce)

    2. Point your domain to the Wix servers

    3. Add the domain to your Wix domain manager (after completing steps 1 and 2)

You haven't completed any of these steps, so your site cannot show online.

You can find instructions for how to connect your domain properly here.

mikedoignie, I checked your domain and it does not point to our servers. Please contact 123.reg and ask them to connect your domain to our name servers (ns1.wix.com & ns2.wix.com). Once it is, please add it through the domain manager by following these step by step instructions. That should do do it :)

*Please note that in order to connect your domain, you'll need a premium package. You can read more about our different packages here.

In order to connect your Wix site to your own domain you'll have to upgrade to one of our premium packages that allow for this service.

You can find all the information regarding the premium packages here .

Wix supports embedding documents only to social networks (Facebook for example).
Please note that Wix doesn't support the option of exporting files created using Wix to another external destination/Host .

We host all your Wix creations on our servers. The advantages of using Wix as your host includes improvements to your site's loading time, search engine optimization and more.
You can find more options such as using your own domain, google analytics and the removal of Wix ads with Wix premium upgrade.

    Hi Team,

    Same issue..

I have successfully added the wix name servers to my domain and can see that the domain is pointing to the correct servers and IP. But my domain doesnt redirect to my wix site.

My site is wix.com/dontsendyourmail/kshitij and my domain is kshitijyogi.in

    Regards,

    Kshitij

    Kshitij,

I checked your domain kshitijyogi.in and I see that your Wix site is properly displaying at your domain.

Please try clearing your cache and deleting wix.com from your flash cookies and then visit your domain again.

I just recently pointed my yahoo domain to my wix site a few days ago. I know it says it takes up to 72 hours to take affect. The guy I spoke with from yahoo said it wouldn't take but an hour; I am guessing you all need 72 hours. I have been checking the connection since I changed my name servers, and I still have red "x"s on all my options. Now, I do have fatcow for my company emails. I finally got that fixed because I wanted those emails. I just have a feeling that after my 72 hours are up, Im still going to have a problem. If I do still have a problem with my website pointing to my yahoo domain after my 72 hours, what are the next steps?

Thanks nadavb. It is working now, but I have another problem. I changed my site description, title, and keywords for my site optimization within wix, but when I google my website, all I see is "Under Contruction" for my domain name. How do I change that?

    Can't view my site

Yes, you can edit your site after you connect your domain- it's the same way as you edit it now.

You're not currently connected to our DNS- you're connected to
    ns2.checkdomain.de
    ns.checkdomain.de

Please delete these nameserver records and add ns1.wix.com and ns2.wix.com instead.
