When I go to the domain tab in the Manage Premium section. I can't get the free wix site that I started to show up there so I can't link it to the domain I purchased through wix.... please help....

I have reviewed your account and your site is connected to your domain bethlehemrecreation.com correctly.  Please let us know if this is not the site and/or domain you are referring to.  Please note you can only connect a premium site to it's own domain.

I have already purchased a wix domain and upgraded my services to premium!  It is STILL not working.  You say it will automatically connect to my domain when purchased through wix, but I am seeing this when I type in my domain name.  I am so frustrated as I don't see any link to customer support!  no phone numbers or emails.  Please help ASAP!

You're almost done!  Please follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to My Account > Manage Premium > Domains.
Step 2. Under Add & Connect Domains, click Already have a domain?
Step 3. Follow the prompts to update your domain name in the Domain Manager.

It will update instantly, though you may have to clear your cache.

The reason it isn't connected yet is because you haven't yet selected the Wix site you would like to choose for the Premium package. 

If you go to 'Manage Premium'  > 'Domains', you will need to click on 'Change' on the 'Wix Site' line. Select your page, click OK, and then 'Done'. 

This should update instantly, but we recommend that you clear your cache.

I am sorry, but currently it is only possible to purchase Wix domains with a credit card.

i have a premieum package with a wix website and domain establish thru wix , i just bought another domain name from wix to be used as a sub. I cannot link it to the main site , i can only choose one or the other....my plan was to link up serveral domains to the main site ....what now ....??

now im reading that because the main domain and second domain is from you guys i may be screwd...

Hi Papa Jo,

Wix doesn't have the option to redirect Wix domains to another domain. If you want to do so, the option is to transfer your new domain to other registrar that offer this option, and then, ask them to point the domain to the one on Wix's servers.

but when i try to go to it it brings me to wix blog im pretty sure i did something wrong can u help me pleaseee

Your site is not pointing correctly, please look at our Domain Portal for step by step instructions (for pointing, not DNS).

i have a domain purchased thru wix. When I publish it and try and connect to the site (bellmorefresh.com), i get the good old "page not available".

The domain name  bellmorefresh.com has not yet been registered.

I notice you have a free domain voucher.  After you purchase your Wix premium yearly package ("Combo", "Unlimited" or "Ecommerce"), simply go to "My Account" > "Manage Premium" > "Vouchers" and click on the voucher link next to your package under "Free Domain".  You can use this voucher; please note that it expires Oct. 1, 2011.

I have domain name in the .lv zone. Can I connect my site to this domain. Domain in the .lv zone is not on the list of the zones in the original menu.
