I too have done everything I am suppose to do.  Mydomain.com says it is pointing to wix but still I can not see my website.  What is the next step?

@tam4supervisor  Your domain does not point to Wix. Please contact your domain hosting company and have them change the name servers to ns1.wix.com and ns2.wix.com. Once you complete this step please allow 72 hours for the connection to take place.

I did that Monday.  The name servers are showing ns1.wix and ns2wix.com.

Why is my website still displaying my old wix website after I connected it to my new domain, I dont want the word wix to appear anymore in the adress, the adress should only  display my new domain name, instead I have 2 websites, one with my new domain name, the other is my old wix adress, and in search engines my new domain dosen't appear but only my old wix adress, how can I get rid of the old one ?

Hi,

Once you upgrade your website and give it your own domain, you must wait until Google re-crawls the site for these changes to appear.

Once Google re-crawls your site, the free Wix URL will be removed and your domain name will appear.

I have tried all in my capabilities - got Trouble shooter 17 - and I cannot figure how  to add domain: adcorpconstructions.com.au  - and just go round in circles...

Please advise what to do - or can your wix team do it!!!

I can not get Wix to recognize my domain name.  Help. 

It seems you have upgraded your site but have not designated your domain on Wix.

The domain will stay at your hosting company but points to the Wix server. Please also note that it might take up to 72 hours to be updated.

I have already asked my registrar to change the IP to 216.139.213.144. They confirmed me this change last Monday. However, my doimain bustactelecom.com is still not showing my wix site... I ran the troubleshooter and it seems it has been successfully connected. But why it's not showing up in my browser??

If you are still having trouble viewing your site, please try going here and click on "Delete all sites".
Then clear your browser's cache.

Hi

Wix does not recognize my domain. Please help me. I have checked all the necessary connections. My domain host has confirmed tat it points to wix, but when I "check connection" on wix setting it says otherwise.
