I have created this website and now I want to make it work with my own domain. I would like to have two domains for my website, one a '.com' and one a '.gr' (that is for the country of Greece).

The '.com' domain will be purchased by GoDaddy.com and the '.gr' from a reliable Greek provider.  Please inform whether this is possible and if so, how can I achieve it.

I have a premium website here, connected to a domain. I have another domain that I want to redirect to the one connected to the website, but it's not working, if I type it it tells me to connect it to my website. why?

If i have two business and make separate websites can i connect it to the same account or do i have to have two accounts and pay two separate fees?

You can have them both under the same account, but you must upgrade each of them separately.

If you might need to split up the sites into 2 accounts (to allow separate control over them), then I suggest you make them in 2 accounts or transfer one to a new account before you upgrade them. 

It is not possible to transfer a premium package from one account to another.

My secondary domain name came from you can you please redirect it to the primary domain? The primary domain is sianhusson.co.uk and the secondry is sianhusson.com.

Can´t do it. I have my primary domain engenhariareversa.com.br domain in a host in Brazil, currently OK working. And I have a wix domain engreversa.com that I dont know how to redirect to the engenhariareversa.com.br? Please help

 sianhusson and gcafonso : Your primary domain will have to be the domain you purchased from Wix. It is not possible to redirect a Wix domain to another domain.

 chozenconcepts: It is only possible to connect a domain by either pointing or changing the name servers. 

To connect your domain to your Wix Mobile site:

1. Upgrade your document. The mobile site attached to your Wix website will automatically inherit any upgrade that you make to your regular Wix site.

2. Once you have upgraded - if you have connected your domain to your Wix site by using our name servers (DNS), your mobile site will automatically be associated with your domain and you do not have to take any further actions (connecting your domain with name servers is the recommended method of connecting your domain to Wix). If you have connected your domain to your Wix site by pointing to our IP, ask your domain host to also point the subdomain m.yourdomain.com to the Wix IP (216.139.213.144).

If i have 2 website under one account (have not upgraded yet), how to transfer one of it to another account? Thanks

@cangela83, to transfer a document from one account to another, please follow the steps below:

1. Simply go to My Account > rollover your Wix & click edit.
2. Leave the site open.
3. Go back to Wix.com > My Account and log out. (Top right hand corner)
4. Login with your other account.
5. Then in the editor go to File > Save as.

*Note: You must change the name of the site to a different name.
Your Wix site will appear in the My Account of the other username.

Keep in mind that you can only transfer the site. It isn't possible to transfer a premium package from one account to another.

Help please. I just bought another domain from wix (my first one was also from wix) and it will not allow me to use both, just one or the other. I need both domains to point to my site. I see options for doing it if using a third party domain company, but again, both domains are from wix. Thanks for all of your help...Dean

Currently it is not possible to forward a Wix domain.

I have connected my primary domain, www.doucakis.com to my website for some time now and it works fine.
I asked from my hosting company of my secondary domain, www.doucakis.gr to redirect it to the primary domain, www.doucakis.com. and relative IP account.
When I type www.doucakis.gr on my webbrowser, it does not redirect to www.doucakis.com, but it shows a message from WIX "TRYING TO CONNECT YOUR DOMAIN TO YOUR WIX SITE?" and then it writes a few step on how to do it, which as far as I understand simply refair to how to connect the primary domain to the wix site, so I still cannot get my secondary domain to redirect to my primary.

Please help.

Currently, you can only connect one domain (URL) to each Wix site through the Wix domain manager. However, there’s a simple solution for getting around this if you do own more than one domain (for example: www.domain.com and www.domain.co.uk):

Step 1. Decide which domain address is your primary one, and all others will be your secondary domains addresses.

Step 2. Connect your primary domain to Wix using DNS or Pointing.
For instructions on connecting your domain to Wix, click here .

Step 3. Once you have connected your primary domain to your Wix site, simply ask your hosting company to redirect all of your secondary domains to the primary domain.

Note: This means that your primary domain will be connected directly to the Wix server (Pointing to 216.139.213.144 or to Wix name servers ns1.wix.com & ns2.wix.com), and the secondary domains will be forwarded to your primary domain address.

Like I said in my post, my secondary domain's provider has already redirected it to the primary domain.
The problem is that instead of showing my website, it shows the message I mentioned.
Just click www.doucakis.gr and you'll see what I mean.
 

your domain name "www.doucakis.gr" points to Wix servers and so does www.doucakis.com so the two conflicts... your secondary domain name should be redirected to  your main domain name via C name and not via DNS.

Since we're not your domain name company there's northing we can do in order to fix this issue for you. Please contact your domain name company and ask them to redirect your domain name www.doucakis.gr to www.doucakis.com via C name.

I have a HUGE problem.  Wix seemed to have switched the settings for my two wix sites.  Before I realized it, I deleted the site I didn't want.  Now, my "lascaris-design" site is called "karen lascaris", and my lascaris-design domain name cannot be recognized.  My site, called "lascaris design", can only be found by typing in karen lascaris.  And other random pages come up wehn doing a google search - pages which were connected to the old (deleted) site.  HELP!

@KLascaris, I am not understanding your inquiry. I am checking your account and I see your two domains 'lascaris-design.com' and 'karenlascaris.com'.  You have only one saved document in your site named 'KARENLASCARIS' which is attached to the domain 'karenlascaris.com'.

You can choose which document you wish to connect to your domain. Please log in to Wix > go to My Account > Manage Premium > choose the Domains tab > click Change next to the Wix Site field > choose the site you want to connect to and you are set!

If this is not your issue, please elaborate on the problem you are experiencing?
