Q: How do I become a sponsor?
A: Just fill out the form to the right, so I can get ahold of you. Please allow to 24 hours to respond.
Q: What can a sponsor do?
A: Well a sponsor can do a few different things to support the show.
If you happen to be a clothing store with EPIC apparel, think about donating or loaning some clothing for the Fashion show. Remember, all articles that make the runway will have the point of origin stated while it is being modeled.
If you have money, well that would be ideal to cover many of the costs of the show.
Q: What does a sponsor get out of this?
A: CHEAP advertising in a targeted market!
Placement of your name or logo on the marketing fliers, signs, and other swag.
Your name getting mentioned several times throughout the night on stage.
There is always the greatest gift of my undying love. Who says you can't buy love?
Q: What if I have stuff I want to sell AT the venue?
A: Well Honey, fill out that form to the right
and give me your information such as:
1: Your Name and a way for me to contact you. Don't forget your phone number and email address.
2: What you would like to sell.I need to keep the field fairly diverse, so we are not saturated with all the same kind of vendors.
3: How much room you might need.
4: After we reach an agreement, I will email or mail you an invoice for booth rental which will act as a contract.
5: Show up day of the event!!!
Q: What do I get for beng a vendor?
A: Entrance to the event is included as well as ONE -,1, uno un like I said one- helper. If you need more assistance than that will provide, I keep handy helper on hand who will be happy to lend a helping hand.
You will get a space for your tables, and such.
After I know more of what all vendors will be attending I will make a designated space announcement. This will be a first come first serve for the Premium spots.
Power for lighting. Sorry, we cannot let you plug in your 98" flatscreen or run your tesla coils as we all have to share what we get.
Dont forget, you also get a spot on the website to place a small ad or link to your own website! FREE MARKETING!!! COOL!!
Again, you will have my unwaivering love, which let's face it, is priceless and Priority vendor placement for the next event.
Q: What if I want to be in the pagent?
A: Please fill out the form to the right and give me an oppotunity to confirm with you your placement.
PREPURCHASE your ticket!! Contestant will have a special ratethat can only be accessed by a link I will send you.
Don't forget you will need to show up to a dress rehersal, details to be released as I make them up in my very own head.
Q: How is the judjing going to occur, and what do I get if I win?
A: Well that all depends on your charisma and charm. At the begining of the night you will be given a number. There will be jars available. You need to coax people to vote by donating money to your appropriate jar. The jar with the most money wins 1st place, the second most 2nd place and third most 3rd place. All money raised for voting will be donated to the Mental health Awareness foundation and TWLOHA. Both are great orgainizations bringing the dark into the light.
As for what you win, we will have movie passes to the new Dark Shadows Movie staring the yummy Johnny Depp and the even more yummy Michelle Pfeiffer. Also there will be gift certificates to local stores that support this event.
