ABOUT OMEGA LA VON
Omega La Von is the descendent of English Royalty family with nearly 500 years, dating back to the original Architect of the London Bridge. Of history and tradition of Architect's, Judges, Lawyers and English knighthood. She was born and raised in Southern California. Finding it hard to conform to bureaucracy and fascism Omega La Von fought a long hard road to challenge and perserve the freedom of expression in her photography, journalism and lifestyle. Being an Aquarian they are people who deviate from the crowd and go their own way. They are always after intellectual stimulation, constantly discovering something new, forming new opinions and stubbornly traveling their way regardless of what other people think. Aquarius are filled with paradoxes, they are interested in the opposite ends of the spectrum, they like to be alone yet are social butterflies, they like to experience both sides and see both opinions as they formulate new ideas with their forward thinking, active mind. Aquarius have a 'live and let live' policy where everyone is free to be themselves, an Aquarius never judges others because as human beings, we are all equal and entitled to our own opinions. They are verbally skilled and very witty, they observe people and learn how to interact with others through observation. Therefore Omega has been viewed as eccenttric and deviant.Omega took her first shot in Malibu, California a full view of Pacific Coast while standing in the middle of the freeway just to capture that one special shot. The dangers of Omega La Vons digital imagery has put her on the map as on of the most outrageous, agressive and unique female photographers! Omega La Von started in 1996 with landscapes, children, animals and ventures into more artistic and exotic shoots. From NYC to California Omega has covered Weddings, journalism, food critic, fine nudes, fetish, bands, interviews and much more.Omega La Vons passion for photography drove her to cover huge events such as Folsom Street Fair, Dory Alley, San Francisco Ball, Ink Slingers Ball, Rock Star Ball, amongst many others. Omega has been priviledged to work and maintain friendships with other photographers such as Henning Von Berg, Peter R Miller, Todd Friedman, Ken Marcus, Jack Gould and many other amazing photographers. With experience on both sides of the camera, taking pictures and modelling Omega became a good friends with many directors and photographers. She does the wardrobe, makeup, costumes, backdrops, props, lighting, editing, produc.ing and airbrushing by herself, rarley using an assistantOmega La Von also creates caldendars, magnets, greeting cards,books, posters, keychains and any project you are looking to create.
