Vision We will be a resource and partner to the families and schools of Flagstaff, through the enrichment and daily support of our city's 7th through 12th grade students.
Goal To provide an exhilarating, drug and alcohol free environment for youth to play, grow and mature into the future leaders of Flagstaff.
Outcomes Teens will have a place to 'hang out' and call their own. These youth will be given the tools to discover, accept and be proud of who they are, with the promise of a future.
Curriculum Life Skill Classes, Academic Counseling, Healthy Living and Nutrition Class, Study Skills and Tutoring Mentoring, Study Center.
Security We are committed to creating an atmosphere of acceptance for the youth of this city. Maintaining safe and secure surroundings where young people can thrive, allowing them the freedom to make mistakes, we embrace the unique abilities and differences in each individual.
Purpose Club Four Twelve will reinforce learning and development through encouragement, attending to the personal needs of each young person, helping provide a sense of focus and direction.
Hope Club Four Twelve will assist young people in developing distinctive and individual abilities; turning liabilities into assets for the future. It is our hope that the Club will help instill a sense of self worth, encouraging young people to dream.

The YMCA and Club Four Twelve share a common mission for Flagstaff's youth. Our goal here is to bridge the gap between school and play. Club Y is a program designed to provide youth with the tools to develop a healthy mind, body and spirit through a positive social environment.

Focused on physical fitness, learning outdoor skills, community involvement and environmental responsibility, Exodus Outdoor Adventure Club (EOA) meets every other Thursday from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm, with trips on coinciding Saturday's.
Created for young people between the ages of 12 and 18, EOA runs three four-month sessions, with something for every young outdoor enthusiast.
Trips may include: hiking, backpacking, camping, swimming, rock climbing, bouldering, canyoneering, kayaking, canoeing, rafting, mountain biking, fishing, sledding, skiing, snow boarding and snow shoeing.

Minor in Outdoor Leadership and Education, CPR / First Aid Certified, Open Water Rescue Certification and WFR (Wilderness First Responder) certified.
