Adriene Brathwaite

Adriene, a native of Maryland, realized her love for theatre since the age of five, taking any opportunity she could to perform. A graduate of Suitland High School for the Performing Arts, Adriene soon went on to receive a Bachelors of Arts in Theatre and Rhetoric from the University of Maryland, College Park. Not only did Adriene expand upon her talents through dramaturgy but she developed a love for directing becoming the Artistic Director of the theatre department’ s diversity troupe, Kreativity. There she fused her leadership skills with her artistic abilities to put on various semester shows.At Maryland, Adriene performed in such shows as The Illusion, To Be Young, Gifted and Black, The Colored Museum, and more. She has participated in The Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center’s August Wilson staged reading. Adriene not only has performed in various Maryland productions but also developed an interest in dramaturgy, dramaturging one of the University’s main stage productions, To Be Young, Gifted, and Black. Upon Moving to New York, Adriene joined the BArrow Groups' Apprentice Program and has enjoyed every moment!

Yvonne Cone

Yvonne is a Southern California native and East Coast transplant. She has spent the past two years out here touring, moving, and trying to rid herself of the many boxes she has accumulated during this time. Yvonne is a classical actor, dancer, singer, director, choreographer, fight director and teaching artist. She is fortunate enough to have been on stage with many regional theatres including: Shakespeare & Company, Maryland Shakespeare Festival, Shakespeare Orange County, The Colonial Theatre, etc. and for one brief lucky moment the American Shakespeare Center …and on the New York stage with Off-Broadway’s Pearl Theatre Company, Hip-to-Hip Theatre Company and on the Columbia MFA stage. Yvonne received her BFA in Theatre Performance from Chapman University, and is a proud alumnus of Shakespeare & Company. She is currently an Acting Apprentice with The Barrow Group Theatre Company and is a proud Equity Membership Candidate.

Zachary Ryan Dobson

Zachary is very happy to be part of the Barrow Group's 2012 Apprentice Acting Company. A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Zach first became interested in theater as a child when he was cast in a production of MERRY WIVES OF WINDSOR at a local college. His favorite stage roles include John Proctor in THE CRUCIBLE and Douglas Spaulding in DANDELION WINE. Zachary has also been seen on television in episodes of THE GOSSIP GIRL and CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM. Other interests include skydiving, ccling and staying fit. Additional studies include: The Actor's Connection, University of Louisville and at the Youth Performing Arts School of Louisville, KY.

Rose Itzcovitz is an On-Air host with Ashford Publishing Radio, where she interviews business professionals on an online station. She enjoys improvisation, anything remotely funny, running and writing. She speaks French (poorly) and an African village language (fluently--not that you'd know the difference).

Lunie Jules

Lunie is a graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Communication Studies/Concentrating in Radio and Television. Lunie worked for a few years as a Customer Service Representative at Hachette BookGroup and then decided to move to New York from Boston to pursue her love of acting. She has been studying and working on her craft as an actress since 2007. She started with a two year program studying under Catherine Gaffigan. She is currently in rehearsals for a show called The Wall. She is a member of Artists in Residence where she performsin a showcase every month. Lunie is currently studying at the Barrow Group and enjoys reading plays and seeing plays as well.

Lindsey Larkin

Lindsey Larkin graduated from UMASS Amherst with a B.A. in Theatre. She was most recently seen originating the role of Madison in the new rock musical Father of Songs. She has proudly performed at The Flea, The Players Theatre, Manhattan Rep, The Atlantic Theatre Company, The Tank, and Berkshire Theatre Festival. She also travelled the country in the national tour of Lois Lowry's The Giver. Some of her favorite roles include Amy(Company), Sally Bowles(Cabaret), Dorothy(The Wizard of Oz) and Lily(The Giver). Jeff is terribly proud to be a member of the Apprentice Acting Company. He's a recent graduate of The William Esper Studio two-year full-time Meisner training program, where he studied under Bill Esper, Nancy Mayans, Per Brahe and many others. Prior to that, he attended an Ivy League university, filmed an award-winning documentary, edited a globally-syndicated talk show, went skydiving and learned improv from an SNL alum. Megan is a Northern Virginia native enthralled to be acting and improvising on the island of Manhattan. Some of her favorite stage credits include Myrrhie in Her Sexy Outfit: A Modern Adaptation of Lysistrata with OBIE award winning director Bob McGrath of NYC's Ridge Theatre and work with the Kennedy Center's Page to Stage production of Ignis Fatuus. She has a B.A. in Theatre and Communication from Virginia Tech and is currently having a blast performing with classes at the Upright Citizens Brigade, The Magnet Theatre and of course with The Barrow Group Apprentices. Full disclosure, she's 5'11", and she's sick of being typecast as Tiny Tim. Big thanks to Porter, Seth, Lee and Robert for making this program awesome!

Anna C. Mosher is a New York City based actress, making the rounds in not so well-known theatres and somewhat known theatres. Past productions include Dog Sees God (Tricia), King Lear (Cordelia), Much Ado About Nothing (Hero), Comedy of Errors (Dromio of Syracuse) and Lend Me a Tenor (Maggie). You may have also seen her on Lifetime's "How to Look Good Naked", and Oxygen's "Cinematherapy." Love and hugs to Mama and Papa Moshe.

Blaire O'Leary

Originally from New Jersey, Blaire moved to New York to study Acting at Marymount Manhattan College. Some of her recent credits include Hedda Gabler (< 3 Theatre Company); Suddenly Last Summer (Nena Productions); Thanks for Traveling (Creative Theatre Initiative); The Puppy Play (Rumadoods Theatre Company); and Auto Da Fe (International Wow). She appeared in the lead role of the independent feature film One Another. This past September, she completed work with Philadelphia's Bright Light Theatre Company as the dramaturg for their original production of All Places From Here. She is excited to continue her studies at The Barrow Group.

Alexandra is thrilled to apprentice for The Barrow Group with her lovely and talented peers! Alexandra has studied at the University of California Santa Cruz, an internship with Shakespeare Santa Cruz, and the British American Drama Academy in Oxford England. Favorite past roles include Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, Rosaline in Love's Labors Lost and Sheila in Hair. Thank you to all her friends and family for their unconditional love and support!
