What is the best vantage point for covering an event at the SF city capital?
I always stake out the northwest steps - you can see in the left second floor window anyone leaves they office and which direction they are headed.
There is actually a door to secret tunnels under the third tree - if you crawl in the ventilation you can hear everything!
