All beds are available in queen and king, and some are available in full. Don't see a style or finish you are looking for? We have a lot more beds available in catalogs as well as finish samples that may come on the bed you're interested in!

AMANDA HALBERSMA
After graduating from Rockford High School, Amanda went on to receive a Bachelors of Science degree in Interior Design from Adrian College in 2007, graduating Summa Cum Laude. For the past three years she has been living in picturesque Asheville, North Carolina while honing her skills at a high-end residential design firm. Amanda completed an internship at Stonesthrow during college and we are thrilled to have her design expertise and bubbly personality back on our team as a full-time designer and sales associate.

KAREN KLOOSTRA
As a fourth generation member involved in the family business, Karen was instrumental in creating the Stonesthrow look and design direction. Karen earned a Bachelors of Applied Arts in Interior Design from Central Michigan University and applies her formal education and 20 years of experience assisting a broad array of both residential and commercial clients with their specific and unique design needs. She is also responsible for monitoring trends in the industry and reflecting those in the floor displays, attending markets and seminars as well as providing leadership for the design team.

Worried that design services are too expensive? Have no fear! For just $75 you can have a designer come out to your home. We will talk to you about your needs, preferred color schemes, take pictures of your space, and measure your home. The following is included in this consultation:
Space planning (we will draw your room to scale and show you different options and which solution fits your needs the best)
Color consultation
Product selection from Stones Throw including upholstery, rugs, dining, bedroom suits, accessories, lighting, artwork, and more!
What's not included?
The only time it will be more than $75 is if you need additional help with products that Stones Throw does not carry.
Our designers are more than happy to help you design your dream kitchen or redo your bathroom. When having a designer help you with product selection from different locations, there is a $50/hour charge.
ALL IN THE FAMILY
Formerly Huizen Furniture, Stone's Throw is the creation of Huizen family members Todd Huizen, Karen Kloostra, and Kathy Wissink. Recognizing a local need for more modern home furnishing choices, the three decided to provide consumers with the ability to find those furnishings right in Grand Rapids.

EQ3 is our first venture into the contemporary market. We recently moved EQ3 from downtown Grand Rapids to the Stonesthrow location to provide our customers with more options in the non-traditional market.
