St. Linus University (SLU) is a duly registered company in--Dominica--a United Nations Member State.
SLU is licecensed to operate as a Higher Education Institution online under the International Business Company (IBC) Act 1996 of Dominica.
The IBC of Dominica authorizes SLU to offer degree- and non-degree programs in various field of specializations.
SLU's apostilled degree is recognized as a legal document by all member countries of the 5 October 1961 Hague Legalization Convention.

There are three ways in which St. Linus University may confer a student his / her degree(s):
OPTION 1: CREDIT BY ACCELERATION EXAM
We use various standardized exams, proficiency assessment and other general aptitude test / battery (GATB) and vocational assessment. If you passed, we shall confer you the degree the same day you took the exam.
OPTION 2: CREDIT BY CREDENTIAL EVALUATION OR DEGREE EQUIVALENCY
We give credits to the acquired credentials of the student. This is the formal acknowledgement of learning acquired from previous schooling, work experiences, and the like.
