The historical drama "Blood Makes The Red River Flow" was inspired by the Louisiana Creoles. It is a fictional story based in historical fact about Bloodlines... Ancestry... Pride... And Sacrifice.
It opens in May of 1961 in the Greenroom of a New Orleans luxury hotel just before Gabrielle Laviteaux-Montero Jones' presentation at the Cotillion Ball. It then flashbacks to the Red River circa early 1800's to a scene of her ancestor Lizette Laviteaux's presentation to handsome Spaniard Ferdinand Juan-Carlos Montero at the Quadroon Ball by her mother Yaya. The play consists of a talented cast of 6. Look for photos and video clips of the cast and production crew. The production's fiscal sponsor is the mega national non profit arts organization Fractured Atlas.
