Charlene opened an office in Avon, CT May 1, 2004. Prior to opening in Avon, CT, she was located in Litchfield County and currently works in Moore County, NC. Since her doors opened, she has been helping clients find their spiritual path through self-discovery. She understands the importance of finding what one's soul’s purpose is and she feels it is important to assist her clients, customers, and students to do the same through the classes and services she offers.

Reiki is a pure form of healing and is guided by God-Consciousness. Reiki can never cause harm and works in harmony with all other treatments. Each person's experience is different.
It is a path to transformation. Reiki helps lighten the burdens of the world, to bring comfort, hope, and unconditional love to yourself and others when classes are taken.
Charlene will spend several minutes talking with you, explaining the Reiki process and the hand positions, and answer any questions that you may have. You will be asked to read and fill out a client information form that is kept confidential.
Reiki is typically administered by "hands-on" approach while one remains clothed while listening to soft music. Charlene then places her hands directly on or over your body applying little or no pressure.
Please come with an open mind and allow your mind to relax. A treatment will allow your mind to release all thoughts, fears, and negative energy.
This complementary modality augments good health care practices and can promote faster healing and personal growth.
