Biography
Born and raised a Louisiana girl, Jessica Meltz has been playing the harp since her last year of high school. After eighteen months of study she was accepted into Louisiana State University's School of Music where she completed a Bachelor's degree in Music with a minor in German. Jessica currently freelances and teaches in the southern Louisiana/Mississippi area playing for weddings, receptions, wine tastings, church functions and private parties. Thanks for stopping by!

The harp is as versatile in the healing arts as it is as in the performance arena. Jessica is a recent graduate of Laura Riley's Clinical Musicianship course Harp for Healing. Played at the bedside in hospitals the vibrational richness and natural resonance of the acoustic harp will decrease patient stress and anxiety, allieviate pain, encourage relaxation and non-invasively promote healing.
