2010/09/10I read the news today oh boy.....Well, it's been a while since I refurbished my online home so - here we are BRANDNEW!I love it so far...And there's some new things here, too. I decided not only to present my music here, but also my other creative hobbies such as drawing, painting and my newest discovery - taking pictures.So you will (soon) be able to click through all this.I hope you like it!JudithP.S.: Yeah on the pic on the website it looks like I'm left handed. New interpretations.BIG fun, always nice, wild dancing crowd.Judith MattesHey what a surprise - my own music. Startet playing the guitar at the age of 7. Startet singing way earlier (maybe already in my mom's belly?). Began to write songs at the age of 16. Startet studying pharmacy and lost inspiration for a while...now starting all over again (yeeehaw!).Grave New WorldYou know The Final Cut, that famous Pink Floyd Tribute Band from Saarlouis? The singer and bassman Rainer Schneider? You don't? Yeeees, of course you do!This musician has startet a very interesting musical project together with another extremely talented, creative guy from Toronto, Canada - Joe Bolieiro.I was the lucky one to join the project with backing vocals and even could contribute the music for the beautiful song "Flowers".A very special weddingI was also a wedding singer! Oh and I couldn't help it I wrote a song for that lovely couple, performed and recorded it together with the brilliant musician Christine Maurer on the piano and the violin.We also covered a few nice romantic/sad songs which I will upload into the mp3-section in a couple of days.Yes that's it for now....but there were soooooooo many other projects I took part in the last few years like PARANOID EYES (Pink Floyd Acoustic), MATTES KLEIN DUO, DOUBTFUL (No Doubt Tribute),...
