ASCENDING MIND BOOT CAMP
DAY 1
Spiritual growth is a process that requires mastering the lower mind and lower states of consciousness. Once this is done, then higher vibrational frequencies can be sustained. Under these conditions, one can consistently interact with their higher self, ascended masters, light beings, and angels. Thus, one is able to advance to the next chapter of their evolutionary growth. Raising ones consciousness takes on new meaning at the Ascending Mind Boot Camp and you certainly dont want to miss this.

Kalani Resort
Kalani Honua means harmony of heaven and earth, and this is what we aspire to.
As a multi-cultural and educational non-profit organization, Kalani welcomes all in the spirit of aloha. We are guided by the Hawaiian tradition of `ohana, the extended family, respecting our diversity yet sharing in unity. This, in accord with the vital, natural environment, attunes each person to harmony with self, others and the world.
Let nature be your mirror and Kalani be your guide as you discover Hawaii's spectacular interplay of elements: lava fire, pristine waters, abundant gardens, tall mountains, and cool, scented tropical breezes.
Adventures and Excursions are included in Kalani all-inclusive vacations, some workshops, or can be booked a la carte upon your arrival.
Adventures range from but are not limited to the following:
MacKenzie Park Lava Tube, Malamaki and Shell Beach
Tide Pools Snorkeling and Ahalanui Warm Pond
Green Lake and Green Mountain
Kapoho Turtle Ponds 4WD Trek
Lava Tree State Park, Steam Vents and Coconut Beach
Ka Lua Wai a Pele and Pu`u Ha`e Ha`e
Kahuwai Village
Coconut Beach and Sunset Lava Trek

LODGING
The accommodations are simple and comfortable, filled with art, with no televisions or phones, making it the perfect place to get away and focus on personal wellbeing. All accommodations include access to the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.
Because Kalani is located in a tropical jungle overlooking the spectacular coast, our accommodations have more screens than windows in order to improve airflow and views. The flora and fauna are diverse and fascinating, and we invite our guests to respectfully commune with nature and other people.
The three two-level lodges or Hales (pronounced Ha'-lay, Hawaiian for "house" or "lodge") house several rooms on each floor with access to common areas on both levels which are sometimes used for classes.
Rooms are approximately 200 square-feet with twin, double, or king beds, shared or private bath, fan, and a garden vista. Hales 3 & 4 include access to adjoining studio with a limited kitchen (sink, refrigerator, microwave) and an upstairs meeting area.
WHAT TO BRING
Sneakers/hiking shoes, a long sleeve shirt and pants (for evenings), flip-flops, shorts, T-shirts, swimsuit, sun block, insect repellent, battery operated alarm clock, and flashlight. If participating in adventures please bring water sandals with ankle straps.
DINING
Three times a day, guests and staff are summoned by the call of the conch to dine on our open-air lanai (veranda). At this central gathering place, you can experience the daily rhythms of assembly and departure reminiscent of ancient village life.
We celebrate the abundance of Hawaii by serving local tropical fruits and vegetables and fresh caught fish. Seafood is often served at dinner (chicken is served occasionally), and vegetarians and vegans are well cared for.
