Come relax in high class style at one of our upscale ocean villas at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort at Folly Field Beach.
We have 2 to choose from: our Tuscany style ocean villa and our Mediterranean style ocean villa.
Either villa will accomodate 4 adults comfortably. Both are 1 bedroom with a queen size posturpedic bed. They both have queen size sleeper sofas, and the Tuscany has bunk beds for the kids.
The kitchens are fully stocked with all new appliances- refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave ovens as well as conventional oven. All glassware, silverware, dishes, pots and pans are there as well.

Gatlinburg, Tennessee
Just outside of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the town of Gatlinburg has so much to offer - the possibilities are nearly limitless. All seasons of the year have something for everyone. From the beautiful changing of the leaves in the fall, snow sports in the winter, whitewater rafting in the spring and summer. Year round there is antique shopping, outlet shopping, horseback riding, cycling, historical sight seeing, mountain hiking, golf courses, the Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, dining of all sorts, and so much more. Gatlinburg is the #2 choice in the U.S. for wedding chapels and honeymooners, second only to Las Vegas. "Ober Gatlinburg" ski lodge has Tennessee's only ski slopes and feature 8 slopes for all skill levels, year round ice skating, a summer Alpine Slide, mini golf, and more. There is also a 407 foot space needle with an observation deck and an aerial tramway to the top of Ski Mountain to see the sights from above.
Our Mountain Top condo - "Paw's Getaway", is located at the top of Ski Mountain overlooking the ski slopes of the "Ober Gatlinburg" ski resort. The 4 seasons photos of Mt. LeConte were taken from our balcony.

Whether you are looking for a get away from it all vacation or the excitement of all that the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area has to offer, you have found your mountain paradise here.
High Chalet condominiums offer a quiet secluded mountain setting that is only a 10 minute drive from downtown where all the action is. The view from the balcony can only be described as 'majestic'. You can even see the ski slopes from the balcony.
The complex offers all the free firewood you can burn, free WiFi Internet, cable TV in every room, an outdoor pool, 2 giant hot tubs and a sauna room. The coin-op laundry room is just down the hall on the 2nd floor. Just bring your groceries and expect nothing but an awesome time.
In the winter, Ober Gatlinburg ski resort park offers snow skiing, tubing and snow boarding. In the summer they have ice skating, an Alpine slide and much more. They are a 5 minute drive away.
Pigeon Forge, home of Dollywood theme park is just a short drive away from Gatlinburg.

Hilton Head ~ Mediterranean Style
Those who have visited Hilton Head Island, SC, know that it is a very different vacation spot. It is all about relaxation in a high class, natural atmosphere. Well, our Mediterranean Style ocean villa at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort on Folly Field Beach is a very different vacation rental.
From the minute you first walk in the door, you will feel as if you are visiting your home away from home. You will notice there is no cheap, hotel type furniture or tacky, mass produced art work on the walls. Instead, there are fine antiques and hand signed paintings in the décor of the Spanish Mediterranean.
Our ocean villa is on the lower level of the C building, just about 100 yards from the beach and the largest cceanside pool on Hilton Head Island. There are no streets to cross to get to the beach; just a 2 or 3 minute walk and you are there.
There are two restaurants onsite, one located right next to the pool. 10 lighted tennis courts for unlimited play - night or day, a fitness center, a billiard room, playground, charcoal grills, etc.
Our villa offers free WiFi, a 42" HD TV with a Blu Ray player and a generous size library of DVDs for your entertainment.

Hilton Head ~ Tuscany Style
Relax at the beach in our elegant, upscale Tuscany style villa/condo. We're in the very quiet end unit of the desired 'B' building on the first floor, just about 100 yards from the beach and the largest ocean side pool on Hilton Head Island.
Our Tuscany villa is not your typical beach rental with cheap furniture and tacky decorations. You will be amazed at the 'homey' feeling with it's rich decor and comfort - like you are actually staying at a relative's house at the beach.
Take a 2 minute stroll to the uncrowded white sandy beach at Hilton Head's Folly Field where we have seen dolphins cruising the beach almost every time we've stayed here.
The resort is extremely family friendly with something for everyone: The largest oceanside pool on Hilton Head Island, a kiddie pool, playground, fitness center, charcoal grills and more. Ten lighted tennis courts are open for unlimited play day or night.
Our ocean villa offers a FREE WiFi connection, an LCD flat screen TV in the living room with a Blu Ray player and a generous size library of DVDs for your entertainment.
