Lighted Way Ministries and our Homeschoolers have been invited to share the Gospel message in the Islands of Palau this coming Spring! Following Passover/Unleavened Bread, we'll be departing for Palau. We expect to be there from April 18 to May 14, 2012.
The Lighted Way Ministries mission team includes: the Manfredine Family - Mark, Shauna, Christopher (age 17) and Katrina Manfredine (age 11); Jeremy Perry (age 19); the Hernandez Family - Vince, Cindy, Kaytie (age 18) and Tervor Hernandez (age 16); Corinne Jeske; the Kaneshiro Family - Denny, Brenda, Elijah (age 17), Tabitha (age 14), Elisabeh (age 11) and Esther (age 9). We also hope that Tom and Norma Jones (Norma is from Palau and would serve as translator) will join us as well. This would mean that the whole LWM mission team would be a total of 18 people!
The children and teens in our mission team will be giving (1 hour long/day for 5 days) Week of Prayer programs at Elementary schools (220 students) and Academys (165 students) on Koror and Baubledaub, Palau. All of our ministry team will be giving a Keys to Living You've Been Saved program for the SDA church family there. We will also be giving an evangelistic crusade on the Mazzaroth (Gospel in the Stars).
