SKULLMONKEY ART + DESIGN IS NAMED AFTER A COMIC BOOK CHARACTER CREATED BY THE TWO PENNILESS SOULS WHO COLLABORATE TO PRODUCE JEWELLERY,ART AND COMIC BOOKS/MAGAZINES. THE PARTNERSHIP CAN BE SUMMARIZED IN THREE WORDS HANDMADE,AFFORDABLE AND QUIRKY.

Q: May I ask for custom jewellery?A: Yes! Of course you can silly monkey! But the custom order only applies on clay and certain charms. Custom silver charms are not possible due to high molding costs. Deposit is required for custom orders and the cost is all depends on complexity and time involved. Please email me your ideas and we will take it from there.Q: How about the artwork?A: Artwork is all 100% handrawn and coloured by Mr.Monkey. Q: How Can I pay?A: Our online shopping cart process only accepts PayPal as payment method.However if you wish to pay via bank deposit or online banking please contact us for our bank details. International buyers can only make payment via Paypal. Please note all the information will be protected and only be used for orders and shipping purposes.Q: How long will it take to ship and get to me?A: Item will be shipped 2 working days after payment is received.Shipping within Australia can take within 1-6 days and International shipping may take up to 2 weeks depending on your location.Unfortunately we have no control over shipping time once the package leaves our hands. If you have troubles please contact us.Q: Can I return or exchange items?A: All sales are final. We do not offer any returns pr exchange if item is not liked or suitable for you. Unless if the item is damaged or you received the wrong item, we will require a photo of the damaged items as a proof and will arrange another shipping.
