Activities & Amenities:
A School Day on Friday--Reenactors and Living Historians Needed for this day to fill various stations! There will be a meal provided on Friday for all participants after school day ends.
Activities include Living histories, living history village, and battles throughout the weekend, Church Services, and entertainment on Saturday night.
Reenactor Breakfast on Sunday, Hay, wood ,water, furnished along with restroom facilities.
Rev. Rick Morrell has volunteered to be the event Chaplain and conduct Sunday Morning services.

Registration $5 until October 1 2012, after that an $8 walk-on fee will be charged. Artillery limited to four mountain howitzers of which two positions are already filled.
A portion of proceeds will be donated to local charities.

Authentic theater impressions, US and CSA dismounted cavalry, infantry, artillery, medical corps and civilians are welcome and needed for the Event.
UNIFORMS & ACCOUTERMENTS & equipment shall be appropriate for a 1862-1863 impression.
AGE LIMIT-
Youth are encouraged to participate in camp activities. Battlefield participants must be 14 years old to carry a weapon or act as flag bearers ,participants who are 10 or older may portray musicians or couriers. A parent or guardian's written consent and statement of liability must be signed.
WEAPONS, INFANTRY-ramrods can be carried on the battlefield but shall not be drawn.
PISTOLS-Officers and Ncos in Infantry are allowed to carry-No Wonder-Wads are allowed in revolvers.
UNAUTHORIZED DISCHARGE OF WEAPONS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!
AMMUNITION -powder will only be carried in the form of properly rolled cartridges. Penny wrappers, heavy bond paper, plastics, staples, or tape will not be allowed for rolled cartridges. No CCI Caps will be allowed.
EDGED WEAPONS -knives will be of the period and secured in a period sheath.
CAMPS -military and civilian shall be laid at the direction of Field Commanders in assigned areas.
VEHICLE ACCESS -vehicles shall be parked in designated areas out of sight of the battlefield and restricted from the camp and battlefield at times designated by the Field commanders. All vehicles must be removed from the battlefield/camp area BEFORE 8:00 AM on Saturday.
