The WFSA is a division of the National Adult Baseball Association (NABA), which is the one of the fastest growing adult baseball organizations in the country. Our main focus is to bring women over the age of 18 a fair, organized, and enjoyable amateur softball leagues to your community.
The WFSA launched its leagues nationwide in the Spring of 2010.

A new WFSA League is starting in January 2011, here in the National Capital Region (NCR) Washington, D.C. - Maryland - Virginia.
Whether this is your chance to get back in the game, or your opportunity to play fastpitch for the very first time, don't let it pass you by! All skill levels are welcome to participate.

Team Fees
Team fees include the charge for affiliation, player medical insurance, fields, equipment, one dozen balls per team, jerseys, etc.
Right now, with no sponsors offering financial assistance, it looks as though the cost will be around $75 per girl to cover the team fee. This is not a quote - it is an estimate. I do not, however, anticipate the cost fluctuating more than $25 either way (until your team or the league gets sponsored).

The Women’s Fast-Pitch Softball Association, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, operates amateur adult softball leagues in several cities across the country. WFSA offers fun, affordable community softball programs with competition in Advanced, Intermediate and Recreational skill levels, for women who are 18 & over. Our leagues play under a common set of rules designed to organize amateur softball leagues into consistent, fairly run and responsible adult softball programs. WFSA softball provides the chance to play the “real” game again. Your sponsorship assistance will go a long way toward helping these participants recapture the dreams of youth, or to fine tune their skills to carve out a professional career or further their education through a college scholarship.
