Ian has been a theatre producer since 1989.
Productions include: the West End musical Blues in
the Night with Stephanie Lawrence, Anthony
Shaffers Sleuth , Simon Grays Hidden Laughter,
Inside Job, Double Edge, Same Time Next Year with
Gemma Craven, Ray Cooneys Funny Money and
Donald Churchills Moment of Weakness starring Liza
Goddard and Christopher Timothy. Ian also produced
Murder by Misadventure starring Gerald Harper and
William Gaunt, which transferred to Londons
Vaudeville Theatre, and Joe Ortons Loot also at
Londons Vaudeville Theatre, which subsequently
toured with Michael Elphick and Letitia Dean.

In 2005, Ian co-produced the much critically-acclaimed
revival of Christopher Hamptons The Philanthropist
with the Donmar Warehouse, for which Simon
Russell Beale won the Evening Standard Award for
Best Actor.

Warren Mitchell, which toured the UK and enjoyed a
successful West End run; Brief Lives with Roy
Dotrice, a new adaptation of The Hound of the
Baskervilles with Peter Egan and Philip Franks,

and in the West End at the Duchess
Theatre, The Secret of Sherlock Holmes with Peter
Egan and Robert Dawes and most recently a critically
acclaimed production of William Douglas Homes
