I created this website in August 2008 in hope that the Sims 2 community would recognize that there is need for urban content, especially for male sims. Over the years the site has counted tens of thousands of visitors which is far more than I had ever expected to attract.
All of the downloads on this site are made by myself and occassionally a few others, and they are free to download. This site hosts creations for the Sims 2 only at the moment. My policy? You can recolour, re-use my textures and share my creations around (but please no paysites, 100% free sites only) as long as you remember to credit this website.
