Matt had a great debut season for CBCFC providing solid, reliable defensive performances. A strong work ethic on the pitch and the ability to encourage those around him make Matt an invaluable asset to have in tough games; it's no surprise that CBCFC play better when Matt plays! Although one of the nicest guys you will ever meet he is strong in the tackle and powerful in the air.

Mark quickly established himself as first choice centre back at the start of the 2010/2011 season with a string of impressive performances. The team was rocked when he broke his leg and missed the rest of the season due to injury. Unflappable, pacey and gifted with a composed touch, CBCFC will be looking forward to Barrett's mid-season return as he recovers from injury and builds match fitness.

Our youngest player and one of the most reliable. Chris has been a true servant of the club turning up to almost every match and being ready to fill in at both right and left back. Gifted with a beautiful touch and vision, Chris is a natural footballer and this coming season will be a chance to develop his skills further and bring in a more physical element to his game. One to watch for the future.

The simple statistic is this: when Chris plays CBCFC win. Strong, combative, composed and dominant, Chris has been excellent this season at centre back. Consistently frustrating opposition strikers and providing good distribution to the midfield CBCFC have one of the league's most feared defenders.

Athletic and full of endevour for the full 90 minutes Vingo is a sight to behold as he bursts down the wing at full flight. A true proponant of the modern wing back Vingo loves to tackle and dominate opposition wingers but is also adept at linking play with team mates infront of him. Possessed with a good range of crosses it wouldn't be a surprise to see him pushing for assist leader this season. In his words - KABOOOOM!

If Ben Percival is the heart of CBCFC then Waller is the soul! Doug stepped up mid season to take charge of the team and brought with him a professional, organised and committed approach that lifted CBCFC to promotion. Fierce in the tackle, imperious in the air and a leader in the middle of the park Waller's presence lifts the whole team and that 30 yard screamer of a goal is coming!

Nickname: The Terrier / Robby
CBCFC dipped their foot into the transfer market at the end of the 2010/2011 season and have brought back a player of real calibre in Percival. Having played in teams with a number of CBCFC players before, Percival is a known performer. Tirelessly he harrys and worries opposition wingers and strikers and is an ever present support to team mates as attacks are built. He will bring determination and steel to CBCFC defence in the 2011/2012 season.

Clive makes the team tick. The definition of a cultural midfielder. His positional sense is second to none and he uses it to great effect to break up opposition attacks and begin counter attacks through a vast range of passing. Clive had a great debut season and will look to re-form a great partnership in the middle of the park with Doug Waller.

Cassidy is a mercurial winger who is comfortable on the ball and is blessed with great vision and composure. Frequently in tough games Cassidy has provided a calming presence, slowed the game down with a great pass and allowed the team to take control again. Always vocal and great for team moral Cassidy provides great options on both wings.

Josh is blessed with two great feet and a desire to get forward at all opportunities. On the wing, Josh is able to take players on, cross and shoot from range. Hatcher is a great asset to have on the wing as he brings drive, energy and skill to the team. With a player of his quality on the wing the goals will surely flow next season.

Hailing from the rough leagues of the north Clay brings bite and a combative approach to the midfield. Recently employed on the wing Clay has been able to use his dribbling skills to get forward and support the strikers. Last season's top scorer, Clay will be looking to continue looking for goals to help the team do well in the top division.

Speed, strength and clinical finishing are the hallmarks of Paine's game. Dan provides a great outlet as a lone striker or as part of a front two. With quick feet and a powerful shot this next season could be the season for Dan to challenge for the golden boot.

Percival is the powerhouse of the side. Tireless and hardworking Percival regularly inspires the team to succeed. A great first season for the club captain ended in being awarded a fully deserved Player's Player of the year. Strong in the tackle, quick on his feet and clinical in front of goal, Percival is often found defending with his life before charging up field to join the attacks.

Darren started off playing the occasional game as goalkeeper but soon made a huge impact on pitch as a forward. Darren's touch and attacking nouce allows him to find space and take opportunities that other players wouldn't even consider. Composed in front of goal, powerful in the air and always finding the gaps in defences Darren provides CBCFC with a quality target man.
