About SPS Films
SPS Films is a collective of great people that all come together to make the best films possible. This site is dedicated to specifically films created by Silver Phoenix Studio and its crew members. This is where the real fun begins, when they get to open up there imagination and try to come up with entertaining ideas and visual graphics. Each person plays a vital role in the production process and brings such unique ideas to the table. Our goal here is to inspire others to make great films but more importantly have fun doing it!
Rob W. Scribner
Rob W. Scribner started making films back in 2007 and has been rapidly growing his skills while attending Seattle Film School at the Art Institute of Seattle. His main passion and talent he brings to the table is superb Editing and Directing. He is constantly trying to push the limits on his editing skills and normally doesn't want to take the easy way out; if its hard...he wants to master it!
James Lyons
James Lyons has a great talent for screenwriting and marketing. He is always writing and strengthening his skills as a writer. He has been writing for many years now and has final found a place where he can really see his visions come to life. James is such a passionate person for what he does but does not let it stop there as he is pushing himself to a great filmmaker as well. You will normally find him staying up late, burning the midnight oil, doing what he loves to do...making great stories!
Gabe Martinez
Gabe Martinez is yet another great idea man that has now found himself among other just like him, that wants to do amazing things too. Gabe has an amazing talent for coming up with very unique ideas on the spot and is working on building his screenwriting skills. He will be attending the Art institute of Seattle this 2009 fall where he will working on all of the aspects of making films.
Melissa Thompson
Melissa Thompson is the newest member to the collective; she is the resident Special FX Makeup Artist. She his constantly honing her new skills as a makeup artist and loves nothing more then to see her work come alive on the big screen. If its nasty and gory she wants to create it!
