Colors To Success
When we talk about Colors, we talk about Personality Traits and Types.
Personality trait is defined as a distinguishing quality which is used to respond to a given situation. Learning about these traits and personality types, allow us a better interaction and connection with people.
Some of these traits are: Compatibility, Self-Control, Enthusiasm, Perfectionism, and Competitiveness. There are many more traits, however each person is a mix of these four types, and usually one type is dominant.
The four types are:
Yellow - Compatibility, Dependable, Team Players, Patient, Supportive and Nurturing.
May also be over-sensitive, not goal oriented. Open and Indirect.
Blue - Enthusiastic, Promoters, Convincing, Creative, High Energy.
May also be disorganized, exaggerate, poor saver, talk too much. Open and Direct.
Green - Perfectionist, Organized, Planner, Persistent, Follow Through.
Sometimes they may also be over-analytical, hard to please. Self-Contained and Indirect.
Red - Competitive, Focused, Goal Oriented.
They may also be short-tempered, impatient, un-teachable. Self-Contained and Direct.
