Welcome to my site. Great to have you here. I'm Karen Pauls, vocalist and songwriter from Iceland. I am currently working on a series of singles to be released in rapid succession and am really excited about the first one to be released very soon. The track is a remake of a 1979 hit and a tribute to the artist who wrote it. I'm very grateful to the ace musicians that lent me their talents. About Me
I have been singing since I can remember. I have put vocals on techno and rock tracks, worked with rappers and r&b artists and am now releasing the first single in my electro/rock series. I love performing and sharing my music with fans and am looking into making appearances in the US next year.My influences come from various directions and tend to incorporate themselves in my material. They also appeal to different people, which is great. Some people say that AC suits me the best, others electronica or C&W. In my opinion, each music style has its unique charm and I want to explore as many of them as possible. ;-)Karen
