A quaint bed and breakfast built in 1892, located in the older, quieter downtown areaof Niagara Falls. Andrea followed her dream and established this historic home into a B&B in 1987. Located one house up from River Road between the Whirlpool and Rainbow bridges, you can enjoy a beautiful 20-minute walk along the Niagara River Gorge to the Falls, Clifton Hill and Casino Niagara. Only five blocks from the Go Transit, Via Rail and Bus Stations and simply steps away from the Niagara Parks Shuttle Bus stop. Nearby, you will discover the Niagara Parks Trail, which is perfect for biking, walking, jogging or hiking.

Our 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Family Suite (19.8x13.5) is perfect for a vacation with the family or that special honeymoon. Dream your night away in our large king size bed or easily separate it into two twin size beds. This romantic suite includes an en-suite 4-piece bathroom, sitting area with tranquil gas fireplace, 32TV, VCR, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceiling fan, air conditioner, and a private deck and entrance. The adjoining smaller room (8.11x9.0) is ideal for a family getaway with a cozy pillow top queen size bed and large en-suite 3-piece bathroom. The room also includes a TV, ceiling fan and air conditioner allowing your children to feel comfortable and safe.
The suite allows up to 4 people with the privacy of their own rooms.
Relax in a hot bubble bath or snuggle by the fireplace with a glass of wine. With the private deck, you can enjoy the fresh air and a stunning view of the Niagara Gorge.
Your host Andrea would be more than happy to serve breakfast in your Suite at your request!
Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, on a new quilted mattress in the Large Antique Double Bed. (11.0' x 11.5').
You will enjoy the luxury of your own 3-piece en-suite bathroom, along with ceiling fan, air condition, cable TV and wireless internet. You may also choose to get to know the other guests in the living room, with stories of travel in front of a warm and inviting fireplace.
Other amenities include 32" TV with DVD player, computer, small fridge, microwave, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, all located in the downstairs area.

Snuggle up and dream away in the Antique Queen Bed on a comfy pillow top mattress. Located a few steps down the hall is your private 4-piece bathroom. This antique bedroom also comes equipped with an antique dresser, rocking chair, ceiling fan, air conditioner, closet and bathrobes for you enjoyment.
You are welcome to make yourself comfortable in the living room (12x24.5) or front porch.
Other amenities include 32 TV with DVD player, computer, small fridge, microwave, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, all located in the downstairs area.

Andrea's B&B is located between the Rainbow and Whirlpool Bridges just one house up from the River Road ( Niagara Parkway ).
From Toronto
Follow the QEW to 405 and then exit onto Stanley Ave.
Turn right onto Stanley and then left onto Whirlpool Road just before you cross the Train Track. Turn right onto River Road ( Niagara Parkway ) and follow it past the Whirlpool Bridge for about 5 blocks and turn right onto Simcoe Street .
From Peace Bridge
Follow QEW to Niagara Falls ( 15 minute drive ) and exit on Hwy 420 then turn left at the first set of lights onto Stanley Ave. Follow Stanley to the second set of lights and turn right onto Morrison and drive to the very end . Turn right on Zimmerman and then Turn right onto River Road and go one block and then right onto Simcoe Street.
From Rainbow Bridge
Take the First Exit to your right ( Do not follow Hwy 420 ) as soon as you get off the Bridge . Turn right on Hiram and left onto River Road ( Niagara Parkway ). Follow the River Road about 9 blocks and turn left onto Simcoe Street .
