I often feel that life is like juggling on a tight rope without a net. In 1999, as a stay at home mom with a two year old, I was looking for something that would relieve stress. I came across a yoga book and from my very first practice - I was hooked. After a while, I added Pilates, weights and mindful eating into my personal regimen and it all just became a way of life for me. Each day, as long as I took some time out for myself and my health, I was a better wife, mom and overall person.
It became very clear that this is what I wanted to do with my life. So, I began teaching in 2005 and it has truly been a gift. I love my students! I love teaching and am very grateful for it all.
While in class, we will focus on physical alignment of the body. For Yoga, the alignment will allow more open pathways for breath and calm. For Pilates and Circuit, physical alignment will ensure that we get the most benefit from each exercise while maintaining safety. I hope to see you in class soon!
