Phikeia
A Phikeia is an individual who has accepted a bid to enter the new member process towards becoming a full member of Phi Delta Theta. The Phikeia process is guided by the Phikeia Educator, currently Jay Chorba, and is designed to instill in the new member the skills and traits expected of a Phi Delt, in addition to preparing them for their time as an active. The Phikeia process is both challenging and exciting and numerous members look back on the process as being among their favorite memories of Phi Delt.
