Sera and The Elements are an all female alternative acoustic band. They perform soulful acoustic rock which includes three part harmonies, funky basslines and dramatic drum fills.Sera Rabbett is the front woman for the band and also writes the songs. She has been performing on the UK circuit for several years, supporting artists like Erin Mckeown, Duke Special, Amy Wadge and recently Heather Peace from BBC3's drama Lip Service.The band came together at the beginning of 2009 when Rhinannon Lord (drummer) joined forces with Sera Rabbett and Kate Jones (bassist). After an exciting year of gigs and writing songs Sera and The Elements released their debut album 'You Me Everything' in May of 2010. Now available from online stores......

Sera and The Elements recorded their debut album 'You Me Everything' in Bridgerow Studios in 2010. Producer Andy Coughlan worked closely with the band to establish their sound. In the past Andy has worked with many performers including Catatonia's singer Cerys Mathews. Sera and The Elements released their album indepedently in May of 2010. The Album Launch was held at The Garage Venue in Swansea and the band performed to a packed out room. Since then Sera and The Elements have been offered radio airtime on BBC Wales and BBC Cymru. They will also be performing a live set on BRfm Radio on May 18th 2011.
