A 25% deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is fully refundable up to 12 weeks before the wedding. The remainder of the balance must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the wedding.
Any damage caused to vehicles by passengers will be billed to the client. Smoking, drinking and eating are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
In the unlikely event that we cannot complete the wedding hire, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client to Mustang Hire Scotland.
We will not be held responsible for delays to the wedding due to traffic conditions or road works. It is the responsibility of the client to decide what time pickup and subsequent departure will be. The driver will under no circumstances exceed the speed limit.
Due to child car seat legislation, all passengers must be over twelve years old, or if less than twelve they must be at least 135cm tall.
Each car can seat a maximum of 3 passengers. One in the front and two in the rear.
