Solo "Individual" Sessions One of the most effective methods to see significant results is through a tailored program specific to each individual. Athletes and performers experience a significantly increased number of relationships and complexities on a daily basis. Understanding how these complexities affect your ability to achieve peak performance is a key component to be discussed individually.

Other components enhanced during individual sessions include:
Group Sessions Getting a uniform message to stick to a group of individuals pursuing a similar goal is what coaches, teachers, and parents ask for over and over again. Group sessions provide the key element that makes that message stick.
Group sessions also provide:
Workshops Workshops and presentations help inform and prepare athletes, coaches, actors, and others of simple changes to become more effective. Journals I encourage my athletes to keep a journal. I’ve done so for myself. Journals allow athletes to be mindful of their field experiences, feelings, and key aspects of practice. It records what has worked, doesn’t work, and more. The athlete can review the journal for support as a visualization technique and a way to review preparation, performance, and post performance efforts.
I believe regular use of journals can help the athlete be mindful of aspects that affect performance during practice and competition. The athlete learns to correct mistakes, improve on successful techniques, and monitor progress over time. Because the journal is written in the athlete’s own words, there is an element of introspective learning that can’t be shown by a consultant. The athlete may place high value on a very specific part of a movement that may be key to completing a task. The journal can capture this.
