Savannah Belsher-MacLean has had a passion for cosmetics and fashion for as long as she can remember. As a graduate of Paramita Academy of Makeup, Inc. in 2003, her passion developed not only to enhance peoples’ authentic beauty, but to work in the wild world of theatre and film fx makeup as well.
Savannah specializes in fashion and beauty makeup for photography, film and theatre.
She has had the pleasure of working on TSN’'s opening and closing ceremonies of the 2009 Canada Games as well as CBC Charlottetown’s local broadcasting.
Savannah’'s makeup artistry has been featured in Island-made short films and on local fashion runways, but you can mostly find her natural and fresh work on the beautiful faces of maritime brides and their bridal parties.
She is also the co-owner of Panache PEI, an event production company, publishing house of Panache magazine, and home of Panache Models - Model & Talent Agency. www.panachepei.com

Why hire a professional makeup artist for your wedding day?
While a friend or family member could do a lovely job of a basic application for your wedding day, a professional makeup artist understands how your makeup will look through a lens. She will have had experience working with photographers and videographers, and will know what colours will complement your skin, style, and personality.
For the Bride:
The Blushing Bride Package - $80
Includes a trial consultation within a month prior to the wedding day, a 45-60 minute application on the wedding day with special attention to detail, plus travel fees (within the greater Charlottetown area).
The Princess for a Day Package - $150
Includes a trial consultation within a month prior to the wedding day, a relaxing 45-60 minute pre-ceremony application on the wedding day with special attention to detail, touch-ups after the ceremony for group and couple photos.
The V.I.P. Celebrity Package - $200
Includes a trial consultation within a month prior to the wedding day, a relaxing 45-60 minute pre-ceremony application on the wedding day with special attention to detail, touch-ups after the ceremony for group and couple photos, a touch-up or separate evening makeup application before the reception, plus a Bride's touch-up kit (makeup bag with bronzer or blush, lipstick, facial blotting tissue, mirror, Q-tips, and mints). Travel fees are also included within the greater Charlottetown area.
Maid of Honour, Bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride or Groom,
and Special Guests:
Full Application - $40
A 30-minute application which evens skin tone and accentuates the features of the face.
** An application of shimmery powder, blush and lipgloss for the flower girl (aged 12 and under) is free of charge. **
Add-Ons:
~ Full set of false lashes - $15
~ Half-set of false lashes or individual lashes (4 lashes/eye) - $8
~ Brides touch-up kit (makeup bag with bronzer or blush, lipstick, facial blotting tissue, mirror, Q-tips, and mints) - $25
~ Travel - .50 cents/km outside of the greater Charlottetown area.
Prom & Special Event Application:
Half Application - $25
A 15-minute 'eyes, cheeks & lips' application which accentuates those features of the face.

Basic Beauty Lesson:
Learn how to apply makeup properly to suit your face, personality, and style. Conceil blemishes, scars, tattoos, or other marks that can cause insecurities. Approximately 2 hours.
Adult - $60/person
Teen - $40/person
Pre-teen - $30/person
PEI's Next Top Model Party - $40/person + photographer's fee
Gather your friends for a superstar photo shoot! After each of you has had your makeup perfectly applied, enter into the studio and strike a pose! Open to all ages. Minimum of two people. *Up to 4 hours of services.
Celeb Style Party - $40/person
Whether your favourite star is in the tabloids each week or a fashionista from the past, at this party you will learn how to apply your makeup to get their look. Minimum of two people. *Up to 4 hours of services.
Preteen Princess Party for ages 8-13 - $60/hour
Birthdays are extra fun with friends and glitter!
Minimum of 1 hour, and please keep in mind that each application takes about 15 minutes.
