I went for a reflexology treatment to overcome the headaches I have been experiencing. I was actually very impressed that what feels like a pleasurable foot massage can make lots of difference with my well being. I have also had clearer state of mind - achieving tasks that I have been putting off. Also she has been helping with diet and exercise to achieve the holistic life style. Sashi has the ability to feel what the clients needs are and adjust the touch and treatments accordingly. From the minute I met Sashi for my wedding make up trial, I knew she was the right lady to take charge of my face on the day! She totally got what I was after, which was a natural look with a wow factor. On the day itself, Sashi put me and my bridesmaids at ease and the whole morning getting ready was so lovely and relaxed. My make up lasted throughout the day, and all I needed to do in the evening was slick on some of the lip colour Sashi had provided for me and I was ready to dance the night away. I went to Sashi with a really aching upper arm and stiff neck. Following a first treatment of neck and shoulder massage, the aching was easier but still there. Sashi had noted how much tightness there was in my upper back and around the deltoid muscle. After a second treatment, the difference was huge. Now, after several weeks since the second treatment, my upper back, neck and upper arm feel released, without aches and far more flexible than they have for a long time. My absolute favourite part of the treatment is when a heated shrug is placed over the shoulders...sheer bliss! It is as if all the aches flow out of my body, as the heat is absorbed into the shoulders. Can't wait to return for a further session once restrictions are lifted.
