I am currently a Senior in the BFA Photography/BA Media Production programs at Indiana University. Throughout my studies I have had the chance to travel and immerse myself in other cultures. Those experiences coupled with independent research have guided my eye to a focus in gender issues. My window to this topic is the construction and capturing of miniature sets as well as extensive photoshop manipulations. Dreams and dream environments also inform my work as well as providing an outlet for exploration outside of my studies. As my thesis year comes to a close at the end of 2011, I hope to translate my artistic drive into success in the working world.
