Sarah Fasha was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up in Orange County, California until the age of 18. Both of her parents were born and raised in Cairo, Egypt making her and her brother first generation Americans.
After high school and looking for change, Fasha joined the United States Military where she was able to experience the reality of different cultures throughout America and learn the meaning of responsibility and diligence. She was stationed in Washington, D.C. to become an IT analyst for the Navy, where she served the remainder of her enlistment.
Fasha pursued modeling in the D.C. area for sometime looking for an outlet to the everyday lifestyle of the military. Once she was honorably discharged, she was able to learn the modeling business on her own, creating her own connections and learning to negotiate her own shoots.
Although Fasha loved to model, she began to realize that there was more to be achieved in her life. She began by signing up for local acting workshops to get a feel for what the acting world had to offer. Soon after, Fasha began theater work where she acted; stage managed and controlled the lights and sound for the plays she was involved in. She, as well as her acting coaches have found her to be a natural and agree that acting is something she should seriously pursue.
Her most notable accomplishment is her lead role in the Nollywood film "Busted Life" starring alongside Nigerian superstar Ramsey Nouah. In her short time she has also been featured in several film productions such as "The Last Kung Fu Monk" with Shaolin Films as well as numerous online publications and magazines for her print work.
She has also shot with many professional and respected photographers such as Kendall Car, celebrity photographer Sonny and celebrity photographer Frank Antonio and many more.
Fasha is also an occasional DJ specializing in Hip-Hop, R&B and Top 40/Dance genres. With a love for music she determined this would be a great way to have music as a part of her life.
Fasha hopes to make her mark in the entertainment industry for Middle Eastern women and be the first well-known Egyptian actress in America.
Fasha is available for film and commercial acting as well as print and DJ work.
