I am waiting
For the infinite being
To reveal itself to humanity
And continue to prosper.
And I am waiting
For the corrupt kindness
That stems from the hearts of lovers
To wither away and divulge
The austerity of truth.
For the day when the pampered lamb
Is thrown into the lions den
To serve as a feast to lunacy.
And I am constantly waiting
For everlasting renewal.
For the torpid sloth
To release his grasp on his home branch
And trek his way
Among the jungle floor.
And I am waiting for the two little pigs
To recollect their mistakes
To rebuild and construct a mansion.
For the injection of opportunity
To take control of the mind,
To slowly excrete depression
Out of the system.
And I am waiting for the age
When the implemented crimes of Robin Hood
Are but empty shells
Without justification.
And I am continually waiting
For the guillotine of Gods hand
To be released
In order to annihilate the differences
Between mind and heart
To bring closer two fragments
Of the same body.
For the unjust storm of terror
To pass over
And uncover a vivid sky,
Full of inconceivable love
And fellowship.
And I am forever waiting
For the river.
As the streams gathered at the peak,
And united to display
Overwhelming strength and power,
The river was overthrown
By its own force.
And as the individual droplets plummet
To a viewable and imminent devastation,
I am waiting for the reassembly
Of all the flowing globules
To form the river once again
And nourish the milieu
Of the universe.
And I am eternally waiting
For the modern Woodstock
To celebrate the reopening
Of Pandoras Box
To ultimately bring out to this world
True hope.
For the unearthing of a lost brother,
Diluted by the waves of time,
To be harbored by an ally
And patiently escorted
To a higher equality.
And I am relentlessly waiting
For the resurrection of Einstein,
Shakespeare, and Gandhi
To take charge of society
And restage their achievements.
For the innovations of now
To become the stagnation
Of the near future
So that the presentation
Of failure
May promote a superior resolution.
And I am always waiting
