Salon Policy

Our stylists would like to provide quality, efficient, exceptional and professional services to all of our clients and in order to do so, we ask that our clients abide by and follow our policy (listed below). This will ensure that we better serve you.

Tardiness

It is at the stylists’ discretion to accept clients who are more than fifteen minutes late for their scheduled appointment.

If the stylist agrees to accept a client after arriving 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, the client will be charged a $30.00 late fee.

If the stylist doesn’t accept the client after arriving 15 minutes late for his/her scheduled appointment the client will be prompted to reschedule his/her appointment.

Cancellations

All cancellations require a 24 hour notice prior to date of scheduled service. If a client cancels the same day as his/her appointment time a $45 fee is owed to stylist prior to scheduling next appointment (the fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be made).

No Call/No Show

Clients who do not contact our salon prior to appointment to cancel and who do not show for his/her scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the APPOINTMENT PRIOR to scheduling any future appointments. After two incidents of no call/no show stylists will no longer be able to render any service to that client.

**Please note that neither the salon nor its stylists will be providing any artificial/human hair for any braiding/weaving services**

Our Hair Extension:

Our hair extensions are flawless, flexible ,sexy and durable. They generally last 3-5 months or longer depending on proper maintenance of hair extensions. We don't recommend leaving our hair extensions in past 5 months.

Our Hair Extension Warranty:

All of our hair extensions come attached with a 1 week warranty, this warranty covers length change(cutting)/style change, tightening adjustments, and closure attachment adding.

Our 1 week warranty excludes track adding, washing, relaxing and curling, etc (additional charges will be applied for these services if rendered by one of our professionals).

Only with the clients permission :

Before hair extensions are installed, clients are required to sign a permission form. This permission form gives our professionals, permission to install hair extensions to the clients natural hair as well as informs the clients of the entire install process, such as what to expect from their permanent (3-5months or longer) hair extensions in the days, weeks and months to follow.

If you do not sign a permission form you will not receive a hair extension Install.

Consultations:

To ensure you get the best out of your hair extensions, client’s are welcome to come into our salon for a private consultation with one of our professional hair extension designers.

Our professional hair extension designer will help you select the right color, texture and length for your personal and professional appearance. Our hair extension designers will even order the hair extensions for you. Credit card or cash required for this service.

Consultations are priced at $85.00 and generally last for 30-45mins. Consultations are not required.

Home Care Extension Maintenance:

After your hair extension install, you will be informed by your professional hair extension designer on how to properly care for your new hair extensions, such as what conditioners and shampoos to use, how to wrap your hair at night and what you can and can’t do to your hair extensions.

Tanika Torrice's Hair Extension Installs generally range from $400-$625 (Hair not included).

What should you expect upon arrival? Tanika Torrice's receptionist who will greet you and answer any of your questions and concerns.

The receptionist will then escort you to the Hair Extension Specialist that

will be creating your customized hair extensions.

Before the receptionist departs, She will ask you if you would like something to drink (tea, coffee, or bottled water).

Once your specialist has completed your customized hair extension install Tanika Torrice the owner/ Head Hair Extension Master will look over the hair extensions to insure that they've been properly, installed, cut and styled.
