Ca' Vecchio Pozzo is located in the central area, although away from the usual tourist bustle. An excellent starting point for visiting the city on foot: in the labyrinth of narrow streets and small squares around the house you will find the most beautiful and popular sites of Venice: the stunning Saint Mark's Square with the Basilica, the Correr Museum, the Doge's Palace and the historical Caffèe Florian, theatres famous all over the world such as La Fenice Theater (5 minutes) the most prestigious boutiques of the master glassmakers of Murano (Venini, Barovier, Carlo Moretti and many others), and Italian and international fashion designer shops (Gucci, Cartier, Versace, etc.).
Rialto Bridge can be reached in 5 minutes. you will find yourself among the colorful stands of the characteristic fruit and vegetable market, and a little further on, you will see the even more picturesque ones of the famous fish market.

Venice Marco Polo Airport
The fastest and most comfortable way is by private water taxi that will take you directly home in 25 mnts at the cost of around 100 euros, or by the Alilaguna shuttle service that stops
at Rialto and takes 45 mnts (13 euros the single ticket). From there a short walk will take you to Ca' Vecchio Pozzo.
Treviso Airport
At arrival, you will find the shuttle service operated by the airline that will take you directly to Piazzale Roma.
Santa Lucia train station
Use the public waterbus transportation, the vaporetto, line 1 or 2, get off at Rialto, our home is within easy reach on foot in the St. Mark's direction.

High Season

Prices from 240 euros a day up to 1600 euros a week
Ca' Pozzo Vecchio is available all year round with a minimum staying of three days and a maximum of three months.
Rates depend on the period and on the number of occupancies. Maximum occupancy is five persons.
Final cleaning has a fixed cost of 70 euros.
In order to secure the booking we ask a 25% of the total letting cost as confirmation prior the arrival.
Cancellations are accepted until 10 days prior the scheduled arrival date.
Rates vary according to the following periods (in winter heating costs will be calculated apart) :
Mid Season
April and August
From 1st November to 26th Dicember
Prices from 220 euros a day up to 1500 euros a week
Low Season
From 8th of Jan to 31st of March
Prices from 210 euros a day up to 1400 euros a week
