Classes are set via high definition multi-party videoconferencing in the afternoon or evening with a live Word Expert who is very people friendly and patient, but very knowledgeable about Word 2010! You'll have a good time while you learn this powerful program that will help you at work or if you're looking for work and want to show any potential employer that you can easily handle yourself with the program! We include some advance features in the class to make sure you're well rounded with the program!:::SCHEDULE:::Word 2010 is scheduled every Monday starting May 2, 2011, during the following times:12:00pm-4:00pm 6:00pm-10:00pm You can sign up for any class time that meets your schedule using our contact form. (Test Volunteers can also use our contact form to sign up for our pre-public testing sessions during the month of April).:::Every class is recorded for you!:::Can't follow along with everyone else? Embarrass you might hold back the class because you're not as proficient with a computer as your fellow classmates? Don't sweat it at MicroTutors! You can always follow along as best you can then review the entire class via a video that is recorded while the instructor went over key points you may have missed! You can review the entire class at your leisure and learn at your own pace that way and stay up with everyone else in your class. And, if you can't attend a videoconference during the time for your class, no problem. Just review the video when you get a chance and practice the steps again at your leisure. :::Instructor Info:::Your instructor, Ritchard Summers, is a former instructor at two of the largest computer training organizations in the known universe, New Horizons Computer Learning Schools and Skillpath Seminars. He has also served as a Sales Manager at New Horizons in California and ExecuTrain in Chicago, so he knows what students need to be successful in the employment marketplace! He's patient, funny and well versed in the inner workings of Microsoft Word and even has a book on the Amazon Kindle Store that was written entirely in Word 2010!

:::System Requirements::: In order to join your high definition videoconferencing classroom you'll need a computer with the following specs:1. Windows XP or higher on a PC, Mac OS X on an Apple computer. 2. Processors: Intel Core Duo 1.8Ghz OR AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ (or faster), Intel Core Duo 2.66GHz processor (or faster) on a Mac.3. Memory: 2GB of RAM on a PC or a Mac.4. 64MB of graphics memory on a PC and 128MB of graphics memory on a Mac5. PC camera: Any high definition capable camera should work. We have tested and recommend: Logitech C910. On a Mac you can use the same specs for your camera. There are no programs you have to download to join your class! Our classes are browser based and that's why you can use a MAC or a PC! We send a link to the class in an email to you and after you click it you just need to follow the easy steps to join your class! Logged in late? No problem! Come on in and review the video for your class later to see the steps you might have missed!
