when booking. A £75 deposit is required at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, for whatever reason, deposits, less a booking fee of £15 per person will be refunded only if and when the room is re-let, irrespective of the amount of notice give. A full charge will also be made if you cancel your reservations less than 48 hours before the day of arrival or if you are a 'no show.'

We are located 8 miles north of Worthing on the outskirts of the small village of West Chiltington, set in our own grounds with ample free car parking.There are many local attractions, picturesque towns and villages, historic houses and gardens, all within a short drive from the hotel.Arundel is only 15 minutes away where you can tour the famous castle, visit the Wildfowl & Wetlands Centre, go rowing on the lake, or just take a stroll around the town and sample the local tea rooms and browse the antique shops.Why not combine your stay with a day out at the races at nearby Goodwood or Fontwell. Goodwood also hosts various other events during the year, and its historic house & gardens are also open to the public. At lunch every day, as well as offering an à la carte lunch menu we also offer a special 'Set Menu'. This is incredible value at just £8.95 for 1 course, £10.95 for 2 courses and only £13.95 for 3 courses (Monday - Saturday). On Sunday it is £12.95 for 2 courses and £15.95 for 3 courses. Reservations are not required but are recommended.

You can start your day with arrival drinks and be greeted by the groom before entering the Ceremony room. The elegant Garden Room and Wyndham Room are both Licensed for Civil Marriages. The Wyndham Room accommodates 40 people and the Garden Room 50. A small charge is incurred for the hire of the room.
Prior to your service the bride will be escorted to a separate room where the Registrar will greet you. Your guests will be shown to their seats whilst your chosen piece of music is played in the background.
After the ceremony, you can move to your reception room, to start the celebrations.
The tranquil surroundings of our patio and garden add another setting for your very special day. Greet your guests after the Wedding Service and enjoy a pre-Wedding Breakfast drink. Photographs can be either inside or out as the hotel provides areas of elegance and beauty.

Our Wedding Coordinator will help you plan your choice of menu and assist with any special dietary requirements of your guests.
For a seated, 3 course meal, menus range from £26.00 to £35.00 per person. Buffets from £16.95 to £20.00 per person.
You can choose from several settings in which to greet your guests and offer refreshments.
The Chiltern Room - is ideal for the smaller reception where 20-30 people can enjoy a celebratory meal together.
The Garden Room - can accommodate up to 50 for a sit down meal.
The Tudor Room - accommodates up to 60 for a sit down meal or 80 for a Finger Buffet.
The Garden and Patio - if the weather is fine, the garden and patio make an excellent 'reception room' and a lovely background for photographs.

By road from Central London:
Take the A3 as far as the Hook underpass, then transfer to the A243, direction Leatherhead. Take the A24 from Leatherhead. 9 miles north of Worthing, still on the A24, turn right on the Washington Roundabout to Storrington on the A283. Turn right on the mini roundabout in Storrington and go to the crest of the hill, turn left signposted West Chiltington. The Best Western Roundabout Hotel is on the left after 1 mile.
From the M25 east to west:
Take Exit 7 on to the M23 (south). Turn right on to the A272 at Bolney, direction Billingshurst. Continue on A29 to Pulborough. Turn left on mini roundabout to A283. 1 miles out of Pulborough bear left, signposted West Chiltington. After mile fork right at Hotel sign on corner. The Best Western Roundabout Hotel is mile on right-hand side.
From the M27:
Continue on to the A27, Chichester to Arundel. 4 miles before Arundel at Fontwell Park, turn left on to the A29. Stay on the A29 for approximately 5 miles until you enter a roundabout. Take the second exit from the roundabout on to the B2139 to Storrington. Go through Storrington and turn left on the mini roundabout on to the B2139 direction. Turn left at the crest of the hill, signposted West Chiltington. The Best Western Roundabout Hotel is on the left after 1 mile.

Christmas Eve - begin the festivities with a Champagne Reception on Christmas Eve, followed by a 3 course dinner with coffee in the lounge.

with a glass of champagne, coffee and & liquer. In the evening a cold buffet dinner will be served.
